Alice.CPA is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, screen magnifier or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

We want founders, finance teams, investors and partners to be able to read about our services, understand what an audit involves and get in touch with us without barriers. We review this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and fix problems as we find them.

What we have in place

  • A Skip to content link at the very top of every page, so keyboard users can jump straight past the menu to the main content.
  • The whole site is operable by keyboard: the navigation, the menus, the contact form and the questions that open and close on our FAQ page.
  • A clearly visible outline around whichever link, button or field is currently focused, so you always know where you are on the page.
  • Written descriptions for logos, photographs and other images, and page titles and headings in a logical order so a screen reader can summarise a page accurately.
  • Text that can be enlarged and layouts that reflow, so nothing is cut off or hidden when you zoom in or use a narrow screen.
  • Colour combinations chosen to be readable, and information that never relies on colour alone.
  • Animations that switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.

Where we still have work to do

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state. We are still checking every page, including older ones, against WCAG 2.1 AA. If something on this site is hard or impossible to use with your assistive technology, that is a bug and we want to know about it.

Tell us about a barrier

Email info@alice.cpa or send a note through our contact form. Please tell us the page address and what you were trying to do. We will reply with the information you needed in another format if that is faster than fixing it.

If you need our service information in another format — large print, plain text, or read to you over the phone — ask and we will provide it.

If you are not satisfied with our response

In the United States, website accessibility complaints are usually handled under the Americans with Disabilities Act. You can contact the ADA National Network for help at 1-800-949-4237 (voice and TTY) or adata.org.
